Dwarf cannas are
excellent for pot or patio containers with their
beautiful blooms up to 5 inches and very decorative leaves. Remove first dead flowers
for new flowers that last until frost and cutting
back finished flower stalks will keep them shorter and fuller during the
growing season. Dig and store for winter in
zones 3-7.

Planting
& Fertilizing
It is
extremely important to make sure there is good drainage where you
plant your bulbs and that you fertilize the bulbs 3 times with a
well-balanced 10-10-10 fertilizer. Fertilize once when planting,
once when they just come above the surface and once right after
flowering.
